Hello MooneySpace.  The PC switch on my yoke has bit the bullet and disappeared.  Just the plastic part that you press.  The electric switch works perfectly.  I reached out to Mooney to see about a replacement, but they don't sell them; they only sell the switch itself.  Does anyone know where I might find one?  I should add that I have the Mongo Yokes.  I just got a copy of solidworks when I joined EAA and am in need of an excuse to buy a 3D printer.  If anyone has some picture and/or dimensions, I'll try to make my own.  Can anyone out there in mooney land help me?

Got any old pics, in case something changed?

Got a new pic of what is left?

Oddly, you are describing an electric switch on your yoke..?

Originally, there was a vacuum switch on the left horn, that liked to go missing... really hard to replace...

If yours is electric, it might have been just the cap that got away... caps are replaceable at the switch store...

If you can supply some pics...

We can probably point you towards the right next steps...

PP thoughts only...

Best regards,

There is an electric switch in the back left hand side.   It causes the dump valve to open.  My cap on the NO switch never was there.  I never found much need to fly with the wing leveler off and I hand fly all the time so no big deal.   The fun one is unusual attitude on the Flight Review.   You can just kind of sit there and push or pull the throttle out and look dumb and let the plane do the work.  There is a Brittian approved mod to put a switch on the panel to cut off the system.  SPST switch that takes the valve to ground.

In the later year models, it's electric in the yoke; not pneumatic.  They moved the dump valve elsewhere and operate it electrically.

I had the cap but it got broken and lost when we refinished the yokes a while back.  I like having it a lot, but I really like it deactivating when I grab the yoke.  It's so much better than pushing through the wing leveler when I want to hand fly.  The topic bubbled back up to the forefront to get a new cap when my  existing solution shifted and I have to pull on the switch to turn the leveler back on when I release the yoke.  That's annoying.  Most likely I'll end up trying to "design" my own.  I thought I would see if anyone had one first to save a step or two.  I'll let you know when/if I get it right in case you want one for your plane, @Yetti.
