A few over-speeders.  A few red-box offenders.  A lot of low RPM/high MAP abusers.

Work-release is not an option except for those who disavow LOP..

I am guilty of oversquare on RPM/MAP and run LOP cruise, but never the more egregious over speeding and avoid the red-box at all times...

Catch me if you can !

Ignorance is no excuse.

All offenders are judged according to the laws of physics.  A smart lawyer will just add needless cost.  There is no mercy in Lycoming court.

Those who avoid prison time will still pay a hefty fine to Lycoming.

I probably belong there. What I have discovered is that you must keep CHT's down. Period. As the Mooney ages, it gets hotter and it gets harder for the pilot to keep the temps down--partly because you have to sacrifice performance and that is not easy for a Mooney pilot to do. Cost me two jugs to discover this.

Here I thought that those in charge for making the quality cams, lifters and crankcase were housed here.  Is there a Continental Prison ?

Yes, that's where they make the starter adaptors - it's their revenge on the outside world.
