Interesting how the fuel catches fire as the wing strikes the stop lights.  Good spark off the power lines as well.  Fortunate no one was killed.

I have a friend who lives in Mukilteo. I'll have to give him a call.

He's probably stuck in traffic and has plenty of time to talk, lol

Amazing. I'm suprised that the airplane was not more torched.

All that and the spinner is about the only thing not dented.

I hate to see these "crash after takeoff" scenarios keep popping up. It seems too common lately.

I have no idea what the cause was but being in the pac nw water in fuel is always a concern I'm sure.

Too bad, looked like a nice Cherokee six. When I saw the tail I thought it might be a 231 based on the paint.

Ladies and gentlemen please keep you hands and feet inside the vehicle at all times and don't stop flying until the plane is fully at rest.

Good work only minor injuries.  Also notice that was pretty big power line he plowed through. Maybe he passed between the HV lines at the top and the distribution lines lower on the pole it is hare to tell form the angle.

"Keep flying the plane all the way to the ground"

Textbook case.

or, all the way to the scene of the crash, in this case.
