Some very knowledgable Canadian mechanic gave me the idea how to do it;

"I bought a 1 quart sprayer with an adjustable nozzle, at 100 psi it will make a very fine mist.  When the fat woman is out in the open (meaning all covers opened) it's a quick and easy process to spray the mass of humanity, however it is best done outside."

I know of this fellow, but I'm sure for a job of this size, he would suggest a much larger sprayer.
