Happy to report useful load has increased by 80+ pounds in a year. Thankful to our daughters pending nuptial for major changes in what goes in the pie hole. I can only claim 20 of the total gain, I mean loss...

There are multiple other positives that have resulted from the lifestyle change. It is a fun ride...

The gain may be even greater, your new wardrobe will include smaller clothes and your wallet lighter still after buying them.

Worth it to see Kelly in her new clothes Clarence. Mine went from tight to right. Just an awesome transformation. She has motivated me as walking partner and non snacking partner too. She swims and walks. I just walk the four miles a day. Totally agree Hank. They come off so hard and go on so easy. Thank you for the well wishes. Should be a fun day. (October)

Here is another useful load gain and the sign of an awesome co-owner. Flew for a round of golf and had my old iPad on wing in flight bag. I was at front of plane and heard crunch....he had grabbed my bag that had pad unzipped in pocket. Down it went cracking screen. It still worked and was older iPad 2. An iPad Air arrived a week later engraved with my name. He said he could of gotten creative on the inscription. Class act...

He knows I am a CB and would have used it cracked...

I used my iPad Mini Retina with the LED under the glass cracked for almost a year. Several places told me it couldn't be fixed. The glass was good. Then a new store opened in the mall, and they were able to find and replace the entire digitizer, including new glass, for les than $200. Not bad, since my "friends" (?) at AT&T wanted over $600 . . . Cellular Mini Retinas are still not inexpensive.

Congrats, 20 to 25 is my goal my Achilles heel is pasta. Am getting used to smaller portions I love to cook and when it is sooooo good I would always eat way too much. So step one is just eat less. Stress is another issue I have heard it causes weight gain but don't know if that's true.

I'm happy for the both of you. I have been on the weight loss roller coaster a couple of times. This time it is sticking. Or not sticking....

The first time I lost the weight I did it through 3 hours a night of exercise. That doesn't last. Although I did get some nice biceps that stay with me to this day.

It is all about calorie in versus calorie out. Simple math, but that stupid pie hole keeps getting it's way.

Keep it up man!

And woman. (Keep it up). Really proud of what my wife has accomplished in a year. That is a huge motivation for me. You see the massive transformation. It is a lot of work, but worth it for sure. Thanks for the kind words. If we can do it anyone with true desire can

We used to split a Tour of ItAly at The Olive Garden...thinking we were being good. Saw the calories...not doing that ever again. Do miss the breadsticks...

What I do find interesting about MooneySpace is how diverse we are. Here we are on this thread encouraging MyNameisNobody and his wife to keep up with the diets and on another thread we are encouraging someone else to buy donuts. :)

Oh the tour of Italy. My favorite. People have always ripped on me for reading the calories of everything I eat. I go for high protein, high fiber, low carb, and sugar free. I don't care about artificial colors or favors. Bring em on and genetically modified is even better.
