Does anyone know of a manufacturer of a short lift

Hopefully I am just months away from getting into a hangar. I would like to also store one of my cars in the hangar. Since I live in earthquake country, I don't want to raise the plane very high off the deck, just 2 feet. I hate to spend 10K on a lift that would take it to the ceiling. Does anyone make a short lift?

There is a (high) lift for sale at San Carlos airport for. $7,500. Saw it on the bulletin board near the county office last week.

I'm assuming the jack will get in the way of the airplane just as the car would.

There are car jacks that leave enough room for a low wing to slide under.

Simple....put tundra tires on the Mooney.

 

If you still need more room, let the air out of the car tires.

 

More room?  Buy three car ramps and back the Mooney up on them.
