There are some exceptions. Two years ago I flew on Alitalia and the shape of the Airbus was awful, from ripped seats, burned out reading lights to no handle on the faucet in the lav.

Well, there is your problem...Italy will never be my shining example of anything that works...Actually, now that think about, Italy reminds me very much of US of A.

I can't wait to tell my wife when she gets home from her work! We are quitting our jobs and moving to France to live in Socialist utopia! Where we get:

-work 35 hours a week

-enjoy 6 weeks of vacation and extra paycheck to enjoy said vacation with

-free childcare

-free health insurance

-lower taxes than here in the US of A

and if we ever break our wrists in skiing accidents ... it's all good!

As long as neither of us decides to be a cartoonist ... we live our lives in bliss:

-work 35 hours a week

-enjoy 6 weeks of vacation and extra paycheck to enjoy said vacation with

-free childcare

-free health insurance

-lower taxes than here in the US of A

She will be thrilled. It's not like she would mind moving away from her parents and the only life she has ever known? Once she learns of how great it is in socialist utopia:

-work 35 hours a week

-enjoy 6 weeks of vacation and extra paycheck to enjoy said vacation with

-free childcare

-free health insurance

-lower taxes than here in the US of A

....

Don't forget lower national debt too...

But seriously, Dave. If you could work less, earn more, pay less in taxes, get better healthcare and schooling for your kids and keep your guns, then why not? Bet you don't have an answer for me there...And live in a country with less debt...We could probably make a killing importing grills for all the American ex-pats.

The downside is living among a population with women with hairy armpits.

As your Fairy Godmother, I would let all of you go to France, but I would wave my wand first to strip you of all worldly possessions, wealth and education first. Just go to France for a "fresh start". You'll be home in 3 months. OK, the food is good.....four.

I won't go, but that's because I am a high income earner. If I was making US median, then I'd be a lot better of in France...

Once we moved to Paris, I was wanting to steer my career towards creating cartoons depicting Muhammad ... that sounds like a really safe career exercising our freedom of speech. You wouldn't happen to know how that pays and if that career has any security, longevity and if anyone has any job openings there would you ... ? Just growing tired of this flying gig ...

Hey, no different than here. This fellow is looking at 25 to life for making a song...Cartoon, song, what's the difference?

I could say emphatically that doing that would be a lot safer than working here in a post office or school.

You know "it's not about the money" ... It's about "making the world a better place!"

Hey,

You're the one who wants to make the world a better place with your tax money by bombing brown people...Not me...Once again, spoken like a true conservative....

I've been to Paris six times over the past 10-15 years and always walk away in awe, not knowing how they do it. Of course there is debt behind the curtain, but not nearly as much per capita as us. And they all seem to be pretty happy.

Cool, now I have a new "role model" and I can ditch all those other losers ...

Like he sayead, He is just using lyrics to paint a picture of street life. You know what I'm sayin' ?

So the fact that one of your fellow citizens is looking at spending the rest of his life in prison for speech doesn't bother you, does it.

Yeah, like when the government takes money from my check even before I see it ... The very first thing I am saying in my heart is, "I hope they take that money and bomb some brown people with it." ?????

How did you know? You must be psychic or something? Where do you guys come up,with this garbage?

(Figures Byron likes that ridiculous comment)

Well, apparently you feel that feeding our own people is too expensive, but I've never heard you once complain about the biggest item in our federal budget, being the bloated military. That's how I arrived at it.

Basically, conservatives to me are about

Six times ... If you have money for that ... You must not be paying your fair share?

Think, for once. How come you never respond to clear data where Mitt pays 13% vs your 35%. How is that for fair share. I paid 43% last year. Or is OK for Mitt to pay 1/3 of what I pay, because he is a conservative. Is it OK for Mitt to pay less than a Walmart worker because he is a conservative?

That's all in my past now. I am headed for Euro-Socialist utopia:

work 35 hours a week

-enjoy 6 weeks of vacation and extra paycheck to enjoy said vacation with

-free childcare

-free health insurance

-lower taxes than here in the US of A

... Where my new cartoonist career awaits me!

Haven't you been paying attention?

You are quite possibly the densest, most obtuse individual I have ever conversed with in my entire life.

Each time on frequent flyer miles for the air portion and frequent guest programs for the hotel. Until a few years ago I was on the road 3 weeks out of the month and accumulated millions of points over the years. I still have two million left in my accounts. I'm also lifetime Platinum in a few programs (for as long as it lasts).

I paid dearly, mostly being away from home while the kids were growing up.

Sorry to let you guys off so easy, but weekend is here, wifey is on the way home ... and I need to get some copies of the Communist Manifesto ready for us to read as we prepare for our new life in Euro-Socialist utopia. My wife will be so thrilled to hear the news ... Maybe we'll throw-in some Tesla and some New Economics Theories of Keynes into the reading just to round out that vast knowledge of correctness we will be acquiring?

Bye now ...

I'll be flying home in the morning aboard a socialist manufactured aircraft, a Virgin America A-320. Thankfully I'll be able to catch up on Fox News since I can no longer leaf through Skymall due to their recent bankruptcy.

Hillary...... working, oh so hard to be likeable and relatable.

And this is why, sooner or later, the other shoe WILL drop ... (Nice graphics btw)

Yeah...and I think Andy forgot to take a look at Food Stamps. Dave...let's go on food stamps.................. for dinners out at tidy bars and discount Marlboros.

Bankruptcy? But Barack just said Tuesday that he saved us and personally engineered this robust economic recovery we are all prospering in ... Meanwhile on the news today Deere is laying off a thousand workers in Iowa and Illinois, and our local Catapillar production plant is closing. I guess they didn't watch Tuesday and don't know how great we are doing in Obama's economy's? Just ask Barack.

Even he couldn't predict the a drop-off in demand for doggie diapers and solar powered cell phone chargers.

There's a couple guys I know on the streets of NYC that sell Marlboros on the cheap! Good law abiding, tax paying, upstanding citizens!

Are they wearing any pants?

I work in spurts. 4000 hours every few years, then I mostly chill, fly around the country, do sales and training. Yes, Bravo as personal toy, TBM as a corporate plane...I know, I know, hard life...Spend last year and half restoring an old house, now I'm ready to go back tow work, soon. I can count on two hands how many times I've been in the office last year.

Can I have a job? Thanks!
