Sorry, I don't have enough experience (or chicken) to fly there. 42 hours in 14 months that I have had her. Jan 20 was my last flight that's almost 2 months ago. Its either crappy weather or work but something always comes up.

I think there will be one . Otherwise shall we meet at the flying magazine tent? I have never been to Sun and Fun, so if there is any other obvious and nicer place, please suggest!

Harald and I will be there but he is coming directly form Europe.   Jose

According to the S&F website, Mooney is not on the list of participating exhibitors.  One place to meet could be the bar just in front of the Sunset Grill (across the Bose tent which is next to exhibit hangar A) .  See Convention map http://www.sun-n-fun.org/FlyIn/Maps/conventionMap.aspx  for more details.

 

I suggest that best time would be lunch time, say 1:30 pm.

Anyone flying by themselves over Chattanooga, TN on their way to Sun n Fun?? I will split the gas if I can come along for the ride. I can take a few days off that week but I am too new to flying my Mooney for that far of a voyage by myself. I will have my thumb up in the air so you know who to pick up. Thanks Troy

I am planning on departing Indianapolis (KEYE) on Wednesday for KTPA and driving from there. I'll look for a group at the Sunset Grill on Thursday.

Well guys good old Mother Nature stuck it too me again up here in MN, so I won't be there. We have freezing rain/snow here for the next day and I don't have a FIKI bird so I'll just live vicariously though my mooney friends that are going.,...
