  1. Does anyone know about how much it would cost to re-weigh an F model?
  2. Marauder, what year is your F? mine is a 68 and I do not have a alt static source.
  3. I'm with starr also. They have been the cheapest since I purchased my 68F 3 years ago. Thank god I have not needed to find out how well they pay out. My agent is Doug Carr 901-260-2711
  4. I'm like Mike Elliot, I just forgot the space. Geez I'm already forgetting. Thank god I don't fly too far away from home, I might forget how to get back
  5. I'm probably the worst @ 17.8 hours in 2014 & 38 in 2013
  6. Nice landings. Oh by the way did anyone notice the step not retracting? I heard that's worth a couple of knots. When I purchased my F model I had that problem. My A&P cleaned and greased it that was 2 years ago and still working great.
  7. And I thought I was the only one with that problem. I have had my F for almost 2 years been to Lamberts 3 maybe 4 times. And once to Tampa with a flight instructor the rest of the time flying around in the practice area or perfecting my landings. Total of around 50 hours in 2 years of ownership.
  8. When I grow up I want to be just like Mike.
  9. My 800 started to flicker a few months ago and I discovered if I pull on the little buttons it will stop flickering. I guess the springs on the buttons are getting weak.
  10. Oh, by the way he also did the pre-buy and the last 2 annuals on my bird.
  11. I had a leak in my right wing. The local mechanic at M01 DeWitt Spain Airport in Memphis fixed it for a few hundred bucks that was almost two years ago. Still no leaks. He is not a Mooney specific mechanic but has been maintaining a few Mooneys along wif 15 airplanes for the flight school here.(its actually a certified Cessna Service center) The name is Downtown Aviation (901)354-3001 and the mechanics name is Matt. His personal cell number is 901-497-5063 I hope this helps.
  12. Welcome to Mooneyspace. Nice bird, I love the avionics.
