LANCECASPER Posted July 11, 2024 Report Posted July 11, 2024 In my inbox this morning, there's a 2000 Bravo salvage airplane from the tornado this Spring in Omaha Nebraska (Friday April 26). Low time engine available, full interior, etc. If I owned an early TLS with the Royalite interior I would find a way to buy this complete ultra-leather-covered fiberglass interior before they sell it piece by piece. Or if I had an early TLS with the Plessey actuator - this one has the Eaton. https://baspartsales.com/blog/new-in-the-aircraft-salvage-hangar-july-8-2024/?utm_campaign=New In The Hangar&utm_medium=email&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-93Vb_9EfKVPzxGAa_mUE1rr9ajv3Gi-8EOs7yH5APnSvWZUEUDrczRAh1XuB4wxOY1MYAdqFhcHT2cq-Iavtc0vqvGcA&_hsmi=315237841&utm_content=315237841&utm_source=hs_emai Quote

KSMooniac Posted July 11, 2024 Report Posted July 11, 2024 And a non-prop struck engine! Might be a good way to get ahead of an upcoming overhaul and avoid the downtime. BAS is a great outfit and have been growing steadily. I bought a full set of Bravo seats for an upgrade of my early J. 2 Quote

The engine had a prop strike approximately 300 hours before the incident and was removed, taken apart, and inspected. Quote

The interiors on newer Mooneys go fast. Regarding glareshield, no matter what condition yours is in, Hector at AeroComfort can make it look brand new. 1 Quote

Ragsf15e Posted February 14 Report Posted February 14 I recently bought a 1987 252/Encore conversion. The 77cf oxygen bottle was expired and I’ve been searching (mostly in vain) for the proper new or used brackets to use for a 115cf bottle (I was looking specifically for the Mooney part numbers). I finally found them on BAS and they are from this Bravo! Parts of her will fly again!! 3 Quote
