My new J is getting a thorough annual at SWTA in Texas. I need this kit to comply with the “no-back clutch spring” SB. Supplier says several month backlog. Anyone have one they would be willing to sell to me?

With the quality of new ones that are coming out, I'd probably keep the current one you have in there.

These are unobtanium at the moment.  The factory has produced a few of them, but nothing recently.  There are lots of recent threads on MS about NBS availability, including some in the past couple of years with Jonny noting that this was a parts priority.

Yeah that seems to be the general feeling - better to have one that you know works than to tear your actuator apart to put in a replacement of unknown quality.

What the previous guys said… but also, you don’t “need” to comply with the sb since it’s not an AD.  Currently there aren’t any available options, so luckily you can be airworthy with the one you have.
