N201MKTurbo Posted December 11, 2022 Report Posted December 11, 2022 I'm kind of leaning towards the Tekton ratchet. Quote

All the user reviews say its the best feeling wrench they have ever used. And they cost 1/3 as much. https://www.tekton.com/1-4-inch-drive-quick-release-ratchet-set-srh99107 Quote

BDPetersen Posted December 11, 2022 Report Posted December 11, 2022 I acquired a Tekton torque wrench small enough to be used inside the fuel bladders. Perfect for that, but I have to report that the ratchet mechanism began to slip or not catch. Happily they sent me a replacement that did the job. But I was left uncertain of the “ robustness” of that particular item. They sure look good, however. 1 Quote

Just a heads up some even have a built in 90* camera now. Integrated right in with no need to add the mirror that always seems to have some lint on it. For sure worth the upgrade. Quote

Get the one with the bendy thing on the end -- anything from 0 degrees to 180. 1 Quote

EricJ Posted December 12, 2022 Report Posted December 12, 2022 Remember that Vividia overloads their part numbers so that their bore scopes might be hi-res or 640x480 with the same part number. There's no discernible price difference, so if you buy one, make sure it is high resolution or may wind up with a 640x480. The difference is significant. For a 1/4" wrench, these are actually pretty cool. I bought several to keep them in the garage, hangar, various mobile toolboxes, etc.: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009PJPEAS 3 Quote

My wife dropped her wedding ring and it bounced under the cabinets in the bathroom. I used the borescope to find and retrieve it. 2 Quote
