It's not far to Morganton, NC. It's only about 45 Mooney minutes, and @AGL Aviation is an MSC with a solid reputation. 

The buyer will need to pay the expense of moving the plane, then whatever inspection is done. Tamara should chime in soon, if not @Bob_Belville.

Unless the plane was going there for usual maintenance already... then find another source... we can give you a whole list after that...
