Anybody know what they cost. I know there are hangar elfs out there. There also are a bunch of different extension setups. My serial is 25-0317. Thanks
carusoam Posted April 10, 2019 Report Posted April 10, 2019 Back in the day... the Factory was unable to make parts... way back... user produced parts was a great way to have these made... Since then, the factory came back on line. Today... it may be as easy asking the local or the global MSC... One way to find out is dial up Lasar... (Lasar has a website where these parts may be listed... no rotary phone required) @SheryLoewen might have a line on used parts... as might @acpartswhse... The parts themselves are pretty simple... Installation instructions are good to have... a set of holes in the original equipment may be needed... Pp thoughts only, not a mechanic... Best regards, -a-
PT20J Posted April 10, 2019 Report Posted April 10, 2019 A year ago, Mooney's price through LASAR was: 720115-9501 1-1/2" extension kit $258.21 (one kit does both pilot pedals) 720115-9503 3" extension kit $258.21 (one pedal - requires 2 kits for both pilot pedals) Check the equipment list in the AFM; some planes came from the factory with the 1-1/2" kit installed.
