Danb Posted February 4, 2019 Report Posted February 4, 2019 Just how great was Gladys Knight singing the National anthem at the super bowl. 3 Quote
thinwing Posted February 4, 2019 Report Posted February 4, 2019 Besides the commercials it was most exciting part 1 Quote
carusoam Posted February 4, 2019 Report Posted February 4, 2019 That must have been Gladys Knight, Jr... !!! February resolution... back to the gym! Stay at the gym... Best regards, -a- Quote
steingar Posted February 4, 2019 Report Posted February 4, 2019 Damn she looked good for a 65 year old. She looked incredible for a 75 year old. Yeah, best moment of the Snoozerbowl. Quote

The sponsors were afraid of offending some small perpetually-offended portion of the audience, so instead they didn't attract anyone's attention. Except Hyundai and Bud Light . . . 1 Quote
gsxrpilot Posted February 4, 2019 Report Posted February 4, 2019 I did like the NFL100 spot at the beginning of the game... trying to name all the NFL legends in that spot was fun. 2 Quote
Bob_Belville Posted February 4, 2019 Report Posted February 4, 2019 I liked the game outcome. Of course I'm an unrepentant New Englander. I watched the game by myself in a Lakeland FL hotel room but I had on my 2018 Red Sox Championship TShirt. 3 1 1 Quote
McMooney Posted February 5, 2019 Report Posted February 5, 2019 Gladys and the commercial with everyone scrambling for the football were about the only things interesting about that game. 2 Quote
Air pirate Posted February 5, 2019 Report Posted February 5, 2019 Ms Knight performed an outstanding rendition of our National Anthem Sunday evening. It was the best part of the Superbowl, the flight of F-16's timed their fly over perfectly. It was nice that the LA Rams didn't have to make that decision to visit the White House after all . 1 2 Quote
Mcstealth Posted February 8, 2019 Report Posted February 8, 2019 Though I was indifferent to the outcome, when all is said and done, I guess it is okay that the Patriots and their Stars they're Stars won. Just like Emmitt Smith and his record that will be hard pressed for anyone to break, good luck on anyone breaking Brady's record. 1 Quote
