that was the M20i, It was the proptotype for a fixed gear J :)

His landing look like some of my early landings.
I wonder if they try to duplicate the actual airfoil, I’m betting it’s not the same.
I’m sure Mooney could do an electric if all you wanted to do is fly around in the pattern for 15 mins.

A friend gave up GA and started flying RC.  He said the costs were about the same.

Don't fly scale or IMAA, it's much more affordable. That's how I started out . . .
