Comes with GPS and XM Antennas, AC charging mount, aircraft mount, Manuals, and everything I received when I bought it new. The carry case has a worn spot in one corner which has no bearing on the operation of the unit which is fully functional. The XM weather feature requires a subscription to Sirius.
