Who purchased my Mooney?

Today while looking thru the logs, I had a thought. Who purchased my Mooney when it was new? So I did a Google search and it was pretty cool. Please join in and share what you find on your Mooney's first owner.

Yep, he retired and got board within 2 years, so he got a Mooney to have fun.

Hmmm. I can't figure out who was the first owner of my Mooney, but my tail number, N3833T, previously belonged to a Piper Cherokee 180 that crashed in 1982, killing all 4 aboard.

Which logs? The aircraft,engine,prop logs don't have names? I guess if I go thru all paperwork,receipts I might find some some names, but not the logs.

I did the title search on mine and got every change of ownership from the time it left the factory in '84. Shows I am the 8th owner.

 

The one who had it the longest was from 1992 - 2009 when it appears to have been a BFG Avionics demo plane.

Mine just has flight test results, FAA docs I got from FAA only go back to 1994.

Only 1 individual own it since 94, rest were businesses.

Bob Daniels of Bar Harbor. I have spoken to Bruce who maintained it for Bob those many years ago.
