  4. An airbrush works really well too, you can pick one up from Harbor Freight for around 20 bucks

A buddy of mine moved to DC and purchased all the covers (padded wings for hail), he has used them for almost three years and the only compliant is the time to install and un-install (30~45 min. each way). Not sure how much stuff needs to go besides the covers but I would think a full set of covers will take up a lot space
  7. hmmmm? when I had my seats out, I removed the rollers for cleaning & inspection and they were metal, not sure of the alloy but were gold in color and weighed a lot for there size.

  11. If I'm reading this correct you had no issues starting untill after the primer switch was removed. If this is the case replace the faulty switch so it can be primed before cranking

  14. Good, if the logs are visible the FAA can review them right then, they can also schedule a time to review them at anytime
  15. Im willing to bet, pissing off an FAA Inspector to save you 15 minutes will likely turn into several hours down the road as you sit and watch them go through your and your aircrafts logs with a fine tooth comb....
  16. The PC (Positive Control) is a wing leveler made by Brittain that is vacuum operated and is always engaged.
  17. The plastic is 3/4" PVC pipe, just happen to be what was by the bench......lol. The Velco straps are computer/stereo wire wraps
  18. No pictures, but on my E there might be 0.060" or so, it's damn close and if the bushings are worn it would hit
  19. Still held on with Velcro, but they don't migrate around and work well
  20. My E has them, I assume they help with resonance of the cooling fins
