Injector lines IO 360 A1A

Recommended Posts

Greetings all.

I was buttoning up my cowl last weekend and noticed that my #2 injector line is of a smaller diameter than the other 4. The engine runs fine and has well balanced F/A ratios. But it makes no sense to me. I called the engine builder to get his thoughts. Has anyone ever sen this?

I talked to my engine guy and he said that depending on when MFG took place it's possible 2 lines that have different OD but the same ID.  Jose, the nuts are the same at the spider, as long as the line is flared to the correct size, it will work.  I'm going to investigate further... With my luck, the current line will be the wrong one, but replacing it with the right one will screw up my F/A spread.

I might have some from an -A3B6d for you.   Send me a photo and I can exhange them from our core motor. There is also an AD on the lines.  Every 100 hours now, plus anytime one is disconnected, they have to be inspected.
