How do you like the 390 engine? Is the extra 10hp worth the cost of the STC?

The previous owner did it in lue of an overhaul. I can only compare it to my previous F which had an IO 360 and it does give you a better climb. As for cruise, I dont push the engine but I comfortably get 160kts burning 9.5gph

I don't think the IO-360A3B6D this would've come from the factory with is compatible, either
