Classic m20F Audio Panel wanted

Hey guys, kind of a newbie but not really. Looking for an audio panel like the one pictured here to keep my M20F pure stock.

Was working really well forever but like everything else now it’s starting to act up located guys who could fix it but nobody knows what it is so if that’s what you could help me with that be great. 
 

I’d be happy to purchase the audio head itself if you have one that’s functional or semi-functional. Retired working on a slim budget as if that’s even possible with aviation.

Sorry, mine's working just fine!  I can't believe there is much to the 'box' behind the panel; I suspect it's pretty much just the switches (maybe an audio amp??).

What problems are you having?
