Southern ca wash rack

Just wondering if any socal pilots have an airport recommendation with a wash rack? Im based at John Wayne the wash rack has been removed and the only wash vendors charge around $300. Id like to fly locally and wash the plane. Thanks!

I believe there is one at my home field, KPOC.  As I'm hangared, I've never used it in 7 years of ownership; Wash-Wax-All has worked for me without ever needing water

The FBOs will lend you a crew car to drive to lunch at either Channel Islands or Ventura harbors close by too.

There is one at Torrance, KTOA, though I'm not sure if it's open for public use or just for current tenets.

There are two at FUL, one at the east end south of the 24 run up area and one at the west end south of the 6 run up area.

It's sad what that airport has become. When I started renting out an outdoor tie down in 2018, it was 140 bucks and owned by the county. 2021 the tie downs got sold and the price went from 140 to the mid 400. I don't know what it is now, but I'm guessing its a lot more, and i'ts frustrating to see that you get a lot less for the significantly increased price one pays.

Compton has one on the northeast side. Bring some gas and you can use my power washer.
