Selling my turbocharged 1979 M20K 231, serial number 25-0089, Continental TSIO360LB engine (339 SMOH) and 4663 TT. Useful load 920lb…improved due to equipment upgrades and removal of the vacuum system.

Brand new Garmin glass panel installed last year:

-Dual Garmin G3X touchscreens PFD/MFD 
-GFC 500 autopilot
-GTN650Xi COM/NAV/GPS-WAAS
-G5 backup attitude indicator with battery backup
-GNC 255A Com/Nav
-GTX345 Transponder
-Belly camera (check gear, see below, taxi and park straight!)

Other equipment:

-NEW Precise Flight speed brakes (electric) installed 2023
-GAMI injectors
-Merlyn automatic wastegate
-Airflow systems intercooler
-Integrated oxygen system
-All electric/no vacuum system
-New breakers and switches
-LED landing, taxi, strobe, nav lights with pulse

Interior is like new with new upholstery (2020) and interior panels/carpets (2024)
Complete logbooks, no damage history. Annual inspection currently underway.

This is a great plane that is well equipped for any mission but especially if you want to go high, fast, far or IFR!

I would like that setup

Tough part is most of the people who can appreciate the value in the upgrades have already committed to an airframe, and those shopping either don’t have the budget or can’t yet appreciate them. 
Just need to wait for the right buyer or take a haircut.

That’s actually not true. The Buyer committed within two weeks of listing but the transaction was complicated as it involved the purchase and transfer of several LLCs, legal documents, attorneys and other matters around sales tax to operate a business (doing anything in CA is overly complicated).

I now require something with comfort/space and more useful load to fit pax (family) — likely going Cirrus SR22T.
