I'm reaching out to see if anyone knows a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) who can help me with some crucial tasks on my 1996 Mooney Ovation (C-GJOG). Specifically, I need assistance with mounting the engine and propeller. There are also a few other items that need attention.

The aircraft has been grounded for nearly a year. Unfortunately, my current AME hasn't been able to make any progress or provide a timeline, and I really need to get these tasks completed as soon as possible.

If you know someone who could help or if you have any recommendations, please let me know. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The plane is currently sitting in MY hanger.

If your current mechanic has it in his hangar, you have two problems:  1) retrieve the airplane and as many parts as you can find and, 2) get a new mechanic to come to the airplane.  The first problem is not insignificant, but the second problem will likely be monumental.

Hopefully someone here will have a contact for you.

But I'd also suggest posting something on Facebook in the Flights Above The Pacific Northwest - FATPNW group.

And is it a C or N registered aircraft?  That will probably also be a factor.

Thank you. I will try that.

My recommendation would be airsea in Campbell river.  I have had them work on my Mooney ovation and they have more resources than any other shop I have ever used.  While they are not Mooney men per say, when you walk through the three hangers and look at the projects they are doing, which include hanging diesel engines on beavers and taking smashed turbine airplanes which arrive in a shipping container with fuselage twist, you will see that they have both the engineering and the fabrication skills.  They also do salvage recovery work so their team is not adverse to travel.  I can also say that their prices was very fair.   Hope this helps.

Could not find them on the web.  The text file you attached contains the following.  I could not make heads or tails of that either.

Just a quick look in ForeFlight for CYBL I found Sealand Aviation Ltd (250-204-1086) that shows "Aircraft" maintenance as well as Seaplane maintenance.
