Propeller Balancing in Phoenix

Anyone have a recommendation for good source to balanace Prop on a M20J in the Phoenix area?

I used Andy Elliott at FFZ when he came to DVT to do a few airplanes.   He's not an A&P and mostly does experimental airplanes, but if you have somebody to sign it off you'll be good (I signed mine off).   He does good work, though.   He did say that the usual original-style M20J deep spinner backing plates are problematic, though.    I have a Hartzell top prop with the flat back plate, which is apparently easy.

I went through Chandler Aviation at CHD for a prebuy and was happy with how they handled business. If Frank can’t do it, he probably knows someone who can.
