  1. Dont think so, current drivers license medical replacement limits pilot to 10k, with some AGL exception to clear ground higher than 10k
  2. Light weight starter, remove vacuum system, if it has 3 blade prop change to 2 blade, consider avionics and/or instrument upgrades. All can considerably lighten the front end. All can be modeled doing W&B calculations.

  4. Actually the type of pilot license is required, somewhere there is an advisory circular about this. Ie c@n use pp for private, cp for commercial, and of course atp. Ex.   9. I fly in the area also, havent seen that one and will watch for it. We do see a lot of traffic ghosting when flying West of SEA in the Vashon Island area. Manifests itself as a traffic target at same altitude and very close. Never see it elsewhere.

Removal of vac system and speed brakes netted me 38 lbs. removed side panel and took out all plumbing running to the back, removed all brackets, etc. fabricated exact match wing plugs which were screwed into existing holes and painted. A lot of little stuff also like vac gage. Then updates to POH.

  13. Have both Right and Left Hand Mooney Sunvisors for sale. Parts catalog lists two different numbers for the serial number so I cannot tell you for sure the exact part number. These sunvisors were removed from a 1992 M20J - serial number 24-3151. They are in excellent shape. Price is $140.00 and includes shipping.
