Missing Lycoming IO-360-A1A Hardware/Screw

I have a M20E model Mooney. I was curious if anyone knows the part number for the specific screw/hardware on the Lycoming IO-360-A1A engine that is shown missing in the attached image or how to get it? Also the corresponding torque value applied when installing? Thanks!

It is the same as the valve cover screws.

I believe it is a 1/4 20

Most maintainers have these in their junk hardware drawer in their tool box.  In a bind a 1/4-20 NC screw 3/4” long and a lock washer will work until you get the official part.
