No that screen never comes on, I get to the screen that says, something like do you have to get into config mode and has a count down, while holding the inner knob, If i stay holding it it just reboots, over and over again

Hi all Having issues going into config mode on my GI275s, need to do so in order to complete the yearly capacity test. I followed the instructions and get to the that counts down before entering config mode , and then it just reboots, any thoughts or ideas will be appreciated
