Wanted: Partnership in Northern Colorado (KLMO/KEIK/KFNL)

Hello All,

Hopefully this is the right place to post; I'm searching for a partnership in the Northern Colorado area, preferably at KLMO, KEIK, or KFNL, though I'm open to KGXY/KBJC/KBDU.  I'm a PPL/IR, around 300 total time, currently in a non-equity club at FNL, but looking to upgrade into something faster and have an equity share.  My mission is trips in the 400-600nm ring from Colorado, plus the occasional $100 hamburger run.  My ideal model would be a J, but open to other models as well, and ready to move immediately on the right opportunity.

If you are still interested, I have a hanger in Greeley, CO.  I am currently looking for an F model or newer Mooney.

Still on the hunt; if you have a hangar out in Greeley that's a huge plus.  Will DM you

Thanks for the tip, but this club has a pretty long waiting list, they couldn't give me any estimates on how long the wait would be.

Hi, I recently sold my Cherokee 235 and will be moving to Greeley in August 2022. I have recently been put on the hangar wait list for KGXY.  I'm am interested in a partnership on a faster aircraft rather than sole owner this time around.

I expect to fly 100-120 hours/year.

I am interested in a Mooney Acclaim, M20M Bravo, PA 32 Saratoga or a PA 24 Commence.  Perhaps upgrading to a DA 42 or DA 62 twin down the road.

Please let me know if anyone is interested in similar aircraft and location.

Thanks,

Bobby

Just joined.  Been looking for a good Bravo (M20M) at a not inflated price.  Am currently at GXY and have access to a nice heated hangar. 'Been flying in the area and mountians for 35+ years.  I'll be doing most of the maintenance on the aircraft.  Currently at 17,000 plus flt hrs, most all in high performance single and twin GA piston.  A&P with IA so doing own annuals too. Could be interested in partnership with the right partner(s).  Mission profile: 2-4 people 400 - 800 nm (4 people would be pushing it with even only 3 hr legs I know) so useful load will need to be at or over 1K lbs.  If interested, please reply to this post or pointaero@aol.com.

Welcome aboard PA!

Nice introduction of yourself, and your skills.

As far as inflated airplane prices go…. Interest rates are rising, house prices have come off their recent highs… plane prices haven’t shown a decline yet…

Around here… nice planes are selling quickly, not nice ones are still selling…

Best regards,
