My father and I are looking at a M20E.  Anyone have a older model they would allow us to check out. I’m 6’4 250, Dad is 6’3 200. He was looking for a 60s 172, however, I feel we can find something within the budget that is better which lead me to the Mooney. Higher HP to carry our weight/ and speed. Buying options were 172, traveler, G35 and the Mooney.

Welcome aboard Slougee... if you have a Mooney... will you become FastGee?

Al Mooney was a tall guy...

He designed a plane to fit himself and four others...

The tradition continued with the M20F and G... where the back seaters got an extra 10” to Work with...

The cool thing about Mooneys... it is really easy to get out of central PA with... :)  and back, in a short period of time...

Go Mooney!

Best regards,

I routinely fly with with a 6’4” 220 pounder. And I’m 6’4” and 250. You’ll fit but I like flying with my wife more...
