Lowered to $55,000

This M20E is in excellent shape. The engine has 52 SMOH. The paint is in good condition but the actual paint job isn't perfect; some runs etc, 7/10. The interior is 6.5/10. The instruments are mostly original, very basic. The CDI head is currently removed so it is not IFR now. I am replacing that so it will be BASIC IFR. Basic radios. Brand new 201 windscreen. Fresh annual 12/18. 2600 TT, 52 SMOH, 52 since new prop, both done in 8/2016. Manual factory turbocharger.  All logs, no damage history. Hangared for the last 9 years. Manual gear and flaps. Currently at KLNC.

N990DG: BTW, the 670039 serial number makes it a 1967 model (AW certificate 5/5/67)

Was the turbo o'hauled with the engine?

You are right about the year. That was a mistake on my part. The turbo was last overhauled in 2009

This is the plane i have been waiting for / dreaming about. I just bought a trailer for a Kenworth,  and now I am flat broke . Sounds about right . I would be all over this ,but for my lack of 65 k in cash.

Well, it does have a fresh engine... and a turbo... the price is labeled "asking"... and it is a SUPER 21.

I paid 69,500 for a 65 Super 21 with an Aspen, GNS430W, 201 Cowl, 201 Windshield, and a JPI EDM 830, with 300 hours on the engine and 3495 total air frame time, IFR certified and a Brittain GPS...

201 Cowl and Windshield = Money

Waas GPS = Money

Glass Cockpit = Money

Wish you good luck but Going off the one I purchased, you should knock the price down 15k.

when did you buy that?  Sounds similar to mine, except no Aspen at the time, and I have a C model.

Personally I think the OP ought to cough up the airplane's location if he's really serious about attracting a partner.

Edit: stilly me, I missed it in the ad.  Sorry.
