,Good chance I’ll be able to slink my way to Sun n Fun, recommendations for airports, hotels other than Lakeland. ..Tampa and Plant City look ok, any quality hotels recommended would be great. Last time I stayed at the Casino in Tampa, that cost to much in losses.

I'll be there.  Was at KISM Kissimmee last week they wee saying to make reservations if I intend to go there for SnF.  Not too sure if ISM would be that packed for SnF but you never know.  I'm flying into Lakeland.

@Danb here an out of left field suggestion, Nancy and I stayed at the Floridan Palace downtown Tampa in November when we went to the AOPA fly in. Price was very reasonable and they may not get SnF traffic.  https://floridanpalace.com/

Flying into Plant City and Ubering.  The LAL operating times are too limited for me.
