I know several are from Michigan. What field are you based at? I have a "bucket list" to do at least one touch-n-go at every Michigan airport in my soon-to-be Mooney. Scheduled to take deliver 4-10-17 as long as oil analysis and avionics checkout are good. It's been very well taken care of, so I foresee no problems.

6D6 - Greenville Muni - is where I'll be based.

I'm at KCIU. I've been trying to do the same with all of the airports in the U.P. I did go to KPLN for lunch last week though.

You went ALL THE WAY to Pellston?  Way to go on your venture, ever so slightly, to us down here in the lower peninsula! :)

I'm now the only Mooney owner at Y47.

I'll be at 6D6 this weekend!  Fairplanes Airpark might be too soggy. Looking forward to seeing your new plane!

KIMT, Iron Mountain, MI.  I am in the Yoo Pee (ok, U.P., hence Yooper to Michiganders).  We have 3 Mooney's based here and a pretty neat "recently certified" Lancair turboprop if you're interested.

I would dearly love to take a ride in that awesome Lancair, but I think it would make me seriously dissatisfied with my Mooney. Still....

I've been trolling ads for used Lancair 360's lately. So enticing...

Tom, I've been following your Lancair thread. Beautiful airplane!
