Flew a PALS patient to Boston Logan and back about a week ago. Here are the videos from the flights. If you only watch one, I suggest the second is a bit more interesting but the first one shows landing at Logan.

 

I didn't record cockpit audio for this flight but found some parts on LiveATC so I threw them in for fun. The near-midair you saw previously occurs on this flight.
