Tom Posted July 19, 2015 Report Posted July 19, 2015 For those interested, I've found the following specials currently active that seem to be associated with the traditional Oshkosh timeframe special. Powerflow exhaust--progressive disount. In addition to the regularly advertised discounts, Powerflow will discount the purchase of a system by as much as $400 if enough people order exhaust systems between 7/16-7/26. $100 off for 6-10 orders, $200 off for 11-15 orders, $300 off for 16-20 orders, $400 off for 21+ orders. No limit on number of discounts given. Not model/make specific, only need total orders to accumulate. Powerflow websites states as of 7/16 there have been 5 orders. [i'm in for one if the count gets to 8+, FWIW]. JPI engine monitors: $100-500 off popular monitors. For example 830 with all senders from Sarasota currently $2225; 900 4cyl/2-tank $3389; 930 4cyl/2-tank $5319. Haven't noticed any specific Oshkosh discounts for: PS Engineering Avidyne Garmin GTN King 770 Any ES transponders And a nod to an earlier thread to post here or the other thread for vendor pireps from Oshkosh.http://mooneyspace.com/topic/15917-oshkosh-2015-vendor-pireps/ 1 Quote

Shadrach Posted July 19, 2015 Report Posted July 19, 2015 Do you have to attend to get the specials? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I'm sure not. They care about sales not your where you're ordering from! Quote
Tom Posted July 19, 2015 Author Report Posted July 19, 2015 Do you have to attend to get the specials? You don't have to attend for the JPI and Powerflow specials. And to amend my first post, you can't combine the Oshkosh discount with the typical $100 off shipping to the dealer special: https://www.powerflowsystems.com/news.php?nid=105 Quote
TWinter Posted July 19, 2015 Report Posted July 19, 2015 JPI 900 sounds appealing. I really want the 930, but there is just to much of a price difference. I keep waiting and hoping for BIG special on the 930. Almost $2k price difference. Ouch. 1 Quote
Seth Posted July 20, 2015 Report Posted July 20, 2015 Last Year Aircraft Spruce had on site deals only noted on their website. I called up and made a deal to get the in person price though I was at home. The idea was "get the sale". These are normally negotiable if you talk to the right people since you could get the deal there if you were there and usual greater sales are wanted. -Seth Quote
bradp Posted July 20, 2015 Report Posted July 20, 2015 I did the same a couple of years ago with a Bruce's cover. They honored the OSH price. Why don't we continue with this one as the CB thread ??? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
