Hi All;

Just want to get you all out to fly to Houston Hobby this Saturday for the "Wings and Wheels" Fly in.

It should be a lot of fun, with Mooney Aircraft and Delorean Cars being showcased at the event.

For more info, go to  www.1940airterminal.org/WingsAndWheels  or  www.vintagemooneygroup.com to get times.  (South Central-Mostly Texas).  Or, just show up.

Remember, everyone is welcome, even if you don't come in a Mooney.  Just get out there and FLY!!!!

Does anyone who flies into Hobby know if they routinely land us on 17-35. If it looks like I would need an approach, I would likely not go, but I like to be informed if it should become necessary.

It was nice meeting and seeing lots of old friends yesterday at the KHOU fly in.  The theme at the old museum was DeLorean and Mooney.  Probably about 15 of each.  It is exciting to have these at a Class B's with one of Southwest Airlines busiest hubs.  Sea level runway and I was vectored in at 3000 feet at what would be FAF.  Some of the guys got 1 mile base to final.  All-in-all a welcomed break in the weather and some great hardware to look at.  https://www.facebook.com/107219770980/photos/a.170943605980.135224.107219770980/10152288303750981/?type=1
