In case you don't know the players: We call one "Stinky Pants" (201er). I will let you figure that out. The other guy I think used to own a Mooney :-) (forgot his name already, but if think it started with a "B")

Kevin it was working perfectly. Sadly I sold my 201 though and haven't installed it in my "other" plane yet. But I will.

I highly recommend going with an external transmit antenna though.

Regarding the topic "Blaming Pilots," ... It's mostly every day, mostly anything and everything ... mostly done by anybody and everybody - they are "experts" ... just like the ones on CNN, or the ones on here ... or the ones hanging around the hanger at home ... Should we just embrace it? We're to blame. It's our fault. (Even when it's not!) Don't forget to smile!

I've learned to ignore all of them... I'm Joe Friday on these kind of things "All we want are the facts Ma'am". (For you young guns: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe_Friday) Hopefully the truth will be uncovered. I feel for the families, not knowing has got to unbelievably painful.
