M20D6607U Posted October 8, 2013 Report Posted October 8, 2013 Note: found a way to purchase this airplane from my friend. Quote
MooneyMitch Posted October 8, 2013 Report Posted October 8, 2013 I may be mistaken, but I believe the D model is a fixed gear Mooney. Possibly Ron's ad description of a gear up landing might be incorrect. Quote
M20D6607U Posted October 8, 2013 Author Report Posted October 8, 2013 It is a retract. My buddy inherited this and likes mountain biking better. I'm the only one who flys it. I googled the tail number years ago and found the gear up landing. That's when my friends dad bought it. Ron Quote
jrwilson Posted October 8, 2013 Report Posted October 8, 2013 I think most were converted straight out of the factory, prior to delivery. The D was a little less expensive because of some interior and equipment Quote
Sllabrasca Posted November 25, 2013 Report Posted November 25, 2013 So is this plane worth $28,000. 1 Quote
carusoam Posted November 25, 2013 Report Posted November 25, 2013 I can answer your question, with another question....? What's the price of any other four seat, factory built, normally aspirated, 180hp, plane in air worthy condition? This one will be faster than any other, that match the description, you will find. Make sense? -a- Quote
