Perhaps, MAC = Mooney Aircraft Corporation

Duh.

So, Mooney made the switch guards in-house???  Then, they should have a drawing.

Front page of the manual says Mooney International Corporation… revised in 2014.  Inside pages refer to Mooney Aircraft Corporation, Inc.

@LANCECASPER Sir, as per our DM I have agreed to print and send a few of these parts free of charge, however, there is a request.

Other than my Mooney, I do have a prized posession. It is a 1973 Gravely Rider tractor which I have painstakingly spray painted restored.  What I request from you is one single compliment about my tractor.  DO NOT call it a baby tractor.  If you call it a baby tractor, I will not send the parts.  My ego is too fragile and cannot tolerate any more "small tractor" insults.

That is the nicest Gravely 814 full-grown tractor I have ever seen!! It even has LED lights (Par36 or 46?) and brand new tires . . . plus a cowboy hat!!

@Flyler Thank you so much for your efforts on this. I will post a picture of the switch guard on the Mooney when I receive it. If I can do anything for you please let me know.

What level of compliment would it take for you to print me a new engine?

This is a template for an adaptor plate I made on my CNC router for a Cygnet trim switch.  The final was in 0.090 aluminum.

It would be real easy to make the switchboard out of aluminum, I can't quite see - are all the inside faces vertical or tapered?  And thickness?

(I'm not a fan of 3D printing, always seems too fragile for the real world)

The paint and hat naturally make it look even larger.

I think for the switch guard the 3D printed ones that @Flyler is doing will hold up ok since once they are screwed in place they won't need to come off.

To answer your questions though, the inside faces are vertical and the thickness is 3/16".

While 3D print file is great for other people....

For one off, I would have hit the nearest plastic shop for a scrap of 3/16" plastic.  A Dremel and 15 minutes would have one.

The Power of Mooneyspace!
A 3D printed Switch Guard from @Flyler's design is now guarding my autopilot switch. It was too easy to brush against it after hitting a button on the MFD and this should solve that. I really appreciate the suggestions by everyone and the work that @Flyler put into the design. The "new" one laying on top of the factory one is extremely close and most importantly the screw holes line up perfectly.
I also have to say that @Flyler's tractor is also worthy of commendation. It is by far the nicest tractor I have seen in weeks.

@LANCECASPER

Curiosity forces me to ask what the 90 degree angle bracket with the snap on it is for?? (Screwed onto the panel just to the right of the PROP label)

Good eye noticing that.

So that guy with the slick tractor (@Flyler) sent me a very snazzy set of switch guards, including the stock 3/16" depth and a 1/4" and 1/8" depths for experimentation. Very cleanly-done and, in conjunction with the deeper screws Lance recommended (https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/pnpages/MS35214-27.php) it resulted in a very professional-looking installation. I used the 1/4" because of my guiding philosophy of "nothing exceeds like excess". The black screws match the black print filament/space carbon/resin/goo/vibranium.

I really like the result. Did a quick flight later in the day and it's pretty seamless, but still provides some protection against bump-disengagement.

Thank you very much indeed to Lance and Tyler! @LANCECASPER

Also included a photo of the Airplane Things control lock discussed above. It works nicely, and is an incremental step towards my build of the Acclaim Type S "Lance Casper Edition"...

Since you like gadgets, you've probably already figured out a way for bluetooth music, alerts, etc. to go through your audio panel.  If not here's a simple solution that works well.

That looks very compact. I like the little right-angle connector for audio. The copper color almost look like RF antenna lead clip-ons...

I had been using this combination, though I'd not been plugging in the audio adapter to power while in flight, so it ends up being the proverbial "dongle":
