I'm really surprised more folks don't put their sumped avgas into a tug or other internal combustion engine.  If you sump a 1/2 cup each preflight you never have to put gas in the tug.  Or at a minimum put the sumped avgas into a container.  It makes a great degreaser when it's time to clean the belly.  Either way keeping the fuel off the ground and out of the air is better for the envirnment...So says the guy who burns 2500 gal of kerosene an hour.  Every little bit counts.

I dump it in the weeds along side the hanger because the tower would see me if I dumped it on the ramp. That way, I don't have to mow as often and it saves me burning the gas in the mower. Thus, that makes me an enviromentalist because I don't use weed killer, which is really nasty.Tongue out
