We have been asking for

Dual Brakes (co-pilot side) assemblies, pictures, images, and mostly cost, including installation. I have not found any concrete information.

If you have recently installed dual brakes in your Mooney we would appreciate very much if you share your details about costs, installation and places to buy it.

We would appreciate this very much even if your Mooney is not the same as ours, her is the information about ours.

Looking for pictures, costs, and assembly diagrams for: dual brakes part number 950239-503 for our Moony M20K 231: series 25-0560

Any information or guidance would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like you are asking about putting the dual puck brakes on for an Allegro upgrade?

There is plenty of info around here for that…

lots of the data is available from parts and service manuals…

I believe this would be a scrap yard find, doubt all the parts would be available any other way, pretty sure the J model AT had dual brakes, but I never flew it right seat so not sure, but surely a purpose built trainer would.

@lucho1981 what are you trying to do, and why are you trying to do it?

There is tons of information about installing brakes for the co pilot station around here… search for “copilot brakes”

There is also tons of info available for reasons the copilot brakes are often not required….

Some times people are told their CFII requires brakes… nice to have…

But, when the guy flying left seat has his PPL already…  he is often PIC for the flight… and knows how to operate the brakes safely…

To buy this stuff….

Pre-flown is the way to go…. For saving dough… @Alan Fox @Jerry Pressley @SheryLoewen

Contact your favorite MSC… for getting new parts…  Lasar is often helpful for this…

If you are training primary flight instruction in a Mooney…. Check the insurance costs….

:)
