Does anyone know where to get antenna blank-off plates?

or the belly skin thickness, to buy aluminum and to make plates?

The skin thicknesses are in the maintenance manual, as well as material type.  Simplest answer will be to just buy a small sheet of appropriate aluminum and cut the shape you need, drill some holes, and use some sealant when you install it to prevent moisture ingression.  I bought some small quantity of aluminum sheet from my local Metals Supermarket franchise earlier this year to make some patch panels/hole-fillers after getting the specs from the manual.
