M20K 231 instruments for sale after panel upgrade- EDM730/830, encoding altimeter, Klixon breaker switches

Everything pictured for sale after G3X with EIS install. looking for Fair Market value minus say 20% or so.  

Key items usually of interest/value:

EDM 730/830, works great!  

Klixon circuit breaker switches, they contain parts made of unobtanium.  
 

Encoding altimeter was overhauled four years ago and looks and performs awesome.

 

All “stand-alone” gauges work fine

 

The gauge cluster can be sold as individuals or the whole setup.  Ammeter 3 years old. R fuel gauge was occasionally sticking and tapping would make it read correctly- not sure if it’s the gauge or was the plastic over it.   Oil temp was twitching but couldn’t tell if it was the gauge, sender or ground, didn’t troubleshoot. CYL temp seemed to read low, but it was hooked in to #5 up front so who knows. 
 

Also for sale not pictured as they are somewhere at the avionics shop:

Glare Shield- very nice leather wrapped from Hector at Aerocomfort.  Will get pictures soon. 
 

Annunciator panel- all working well.

Everything Pictured or including the Glare shield and annunciation panel?  I need to verify these weren’t trashed (I sure hope they weren’t)
 

For the lot of it all at once, probably something like FMV minus 40%.

Is the 730 a drop in replacement for a 700 or is there a harness that is needed?

@hais- you need a harness from JPI but they will build it for you.
