Cool video. I was staying in the Culbera Bay in October. I tried looking for a flight school at Liberia or nearby, wanting to do some local flying but it seemed like San Jose was the only place it might have existed and even then, I think it was ATP. I found some gyrocopters and eventually a helicopter but ended up not pursuing. The views coming in commercial were unreal.

The country is not very GA friendly. I paid US$ 834 for handling, landing fees and parking for three days!!! So I am not surprised.
