Dear Mooney Enthusiasts,

Any of you that live in the National Capital Region area and may be interested in flying, owning and operating a technically advanced aircraft at a very affordable total cost of ownership, please contact Hank at: AV8NOW@vyndicar.com for additional details.  We recently purchased and relocated N401RK, a 1990 M20J in really great shape inside and out, and we are looking for up to three other members (four total) interested in owning, operating, and enjoying a well cared for and really great cross country and IFR airplane.  Avionics include GNS-530 WAAS, Century 2000 Autopilot with altitude hold and approach coupling to the GNS-530W, a slaved NSD-360 HSI, DME, KT76A Transponder, KMA-24 Audio Panel, KX-155 Nav/Comm, EDM-700 Engine Analyzer and much more.  The airplane is presently hangared at KHWY, but we will consider a relocation to another airport.
