Send yours into LASAR and have them rebuild it.  They rebuilt mine three months ago and it works and doesn't leak.:) Wasn't very expensive either.  Three day turn around but I live in the middle of no mans land.

Yea thats BAS parts. I don't know why he does offers. I messed with recently and did an offer, which i was very reasonable, sent me a PM, long story short, what he list is what he wants.

Called all the big named salvage places, no joy.

I got a guy in FL that is looking and supposed to let me know.

I saw a post on here from 2014 that John posted having one. Sent him a PM as well.

Mine isn't the rebuild kind. And the valve works fine. Mine had a broken bolt in where the sump attaches. Corroded and snapped off. Couldn't drill and re tap.

Why do you say it couldn't be drilled and taped, or heli-coiled? Or did some one try and make it worse? Can you post a photo?

Search for someone who can do "electrical discharge machining". They can remove broken bolts, taps etc.

As mentioned above a sinker edm will remove it or you can put it in an anodizing tank for a few minutes and the broken tap or bolt will be eroded away.
