You might check the logbooks. They are due for replacement every 500 hours.

Falcon Crest in San Antonio might have one. 210-349-9135

Yeah, we already tried Falcon.  I know mine isn't at the 500 hours yet, but after flying in the dirt for the last week, I'd feel much better if I could put a clean filter in before my trip to Tennessee on Friday.

Are we talking Bracket foam element?

No, but I'd take one if I could find it. What I have now is the Donaldson paper filter.

Hit it a few times, vacuum it out with a shop vac and put a new one in when you get back.

+1.

Probably ought to take it off the airplane first.

I would not blow it clean with compressed air, it could tear or erode.

When I say carefully with compressed air, I mean at the same rate of air movement that got the dirt in there or just a bit more.   This has been done on all sorts of engines air filter engines for decades.  if you hurt the element it should not be on the plane since that is what is happening in flight.  You know getting hit with 200 mph of wind.

As a wee young furry mythical creature blowing out air filters is like one of my early recollections of my father yetti showing me how to do.

The donaldson filter is washable. Take a 5 gallon bucket full with water, then liquid laundry soap. Push down with the dirty side of the filter up.  Several times then rinse and let dry before flying.
