I'm with starr also. They have been the cheapest since I purchased my 68F 3 years ago. Thank god I have not needed to find out how well they pay out. My agent is Doug Carr 901-260-2711

my renewal jumped quite a bit in 2013, so I changed carriers.  I thought others had said the same thing.  Who knows, maybe they went back down.
