Wanted M20J 78 or newer

I am looking for a M20J that is priced reasonably some where between wholesale and retail. This market is not retail plus,

it's a personal aircraft for myself, and condition is everything with the price of a 30 year old aircraft. Retired aviation business owner, A&P/IA.

If FlyDave ends up putting his up for sale it's a true turnkey plane. Very nice 82 J with 430W, HSI, adjustable seats, etc. For the right price I'm willing to bet he'll even throw in the prop and engine.

Yes, Apriav, I have a nice '82 201 with:

• 3400 TTAF
• 1450 TTE (IO360-A3B6 (no "D"), all compressions mid to high 70's. This engine will go well over TBO!
• I've put 550 hrs on it since I bought it in March, 2010
• 430W, KFC200, HSI, 496 panel mounted with flight plans fed from 430
• JPI-830, WX-10 stormscope
• ~60 hours on new vacuum pump and rebuilt mags
• Leather interior (8), 1985 paint (7)
